Help Desk

CertiClear's Help Desk support is staffed by professionals and subject matter experts who are trained to troubleshoot problems, provide user support, and answer questions related to use of our software products. Help Desk support can be customized to meet the needs of our clients, but generally is operated Monday through Friday, 9 am to 6 pm.

Training and Education

CertiClear offers comprehensive training and education around our technology solutions. This may include in-person or Webinar-based training sessions for system users, a User's Manual specific to your system, and FAQ/Help articles available through your customized online portal.

Marketing and Communications Support

An e-mail campaign, digital and printed collateral materials, news release generation and distribution... our expertise extends beyond technology. Our marketing communications team can supplement your organization's effort.
